Refund policy

Returns and Shipping Information:
At PawfectWear, we are committed to our customers satisfaction. We know returns happen. You may return your purchase within 15 days of the ship date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
If you need to request a refund or exchange, please email contact@pawfectwear.com with your order number to receive your return authorization number. If the item is defective we will issue a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of her/his choice to: 2404 Andreo Ave, Unit C Torrance, CA 90501.

Returns and Exchanges,
• All items must be in original packaging, unwashed, un-worn and with all original tags attached.
• Refunds will be made to the original form of payment at the time of checkout.
• Shipping cost are not refundable.
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept a return if items are worn, washed or altered in any way.
• Please note that you are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we are not responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping,
• All orders will be shipping Monday through Friday within 48 hours from the order date.
• All orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship within 48 hours from the next business day.

Return/Refund Guideline
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the conditions below are not met:
Item have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.

• Item have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
• Items are not returned in original packaging.
• Items do not have original tags.
• Packaged goods are not returned unopened and in new, resellable condition.
• Returned without a receipt.
• Returned after 15 days of ordering.
