• All orders will be shipping Monday through Friday within 48 hours from the order date.
  • All orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship within 48 hours from the next business day.
  • Usually orders will arrive in 3 to 7 days from shipping date. There might be delays from the shipping carrier.
  • For international orders, usually orders will arrive between 10 to 21 days from shipping date, depending where you live. Please check with your postal service for ETA. There might be delays from the shipping carrier.
  • Make sure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing your order.
  • Please note that any taxes and custom/duty fees are the customer's responsibility.

What to do if your order is marked "delivered" but hasn't arrive:

  • Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE and noy the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about the day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions and can usually provide helpful information.
  • If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion) please call the post office and file a claim.
  • Pawfectwear is not liable if the order is lost or stolen after the package has been marked delivered by your local postal service. Please make sure the delivery location is a safe environment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pawfectwear highly recommends using insured carriers (UPS and USPS PRIORITY MAIL) as we cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All claims must be filed with the courier or taken up with your local postal service. Thank you for your understanding!
